On the 3rd March 2003, Joe Di Claudio opened Dowling Real Estate Mayfield. Joe brings to Dowling Mayfield over 25 years of experience, an excellent reputation and an enthusiastic approach to all facets of Real Estate. Joe has completed an Associated Diploma of Business, specialising in Real Estate Valuation and has now been a registered Valuer since 1998. In the year 2002, Joe was in the top 10 in the Hunter for listing and selling properties in the Estate Agents Co-operative Association. Joe’s honesty. Hard work and passion is what makes him such a successful Real Estate Agent and is highly respected in the industry by both his peers and clients. In 2010 Joe Di Claudio opened his second Dowling office at Glendale which is known as Dowling Real Estate Lake Macquarie. Since its opening it has become a very successful office encompassing areas from all over the Lake Macquarie region. Both his real estate offices have been going from strength to strength since their opening.

Maria has been a Real Estate Sales Consultant with Dowling Mayfield for over 10 years. In that time she has assisted many home owners in the local and surrounding areas to sell their properties whilst providing them with professional service and advice from start to finish, with the incentive of negotiating the highest possible price. During the process of the sale Maria is committed to making the sale as smooth and stress free as possible by going beyond the needs of all involved. Prior to Real Estate Maria worked in a successful family business in Hamillton with her parents for 18 years where she learnt the importance of respecting and providing all customers with good reliable service and in return gained their continuous support and friendship. Bradley is a born and bred Novocastrian who has lived in the local area for the last 38 years. He completed his secondary schooling at Marist Brothers High School Hamilton in 1980. Bradley is not only a licenced Real Estate Agent for 11 years; he is a Justice of the Peace and holds a diploma of Business Management and a Diploma in Marketing and is also a Auctioneer. He is also a passionate supporter of Hunter Prostate Cancer Awareness, the Newcastle Knights and Newcastle Jets. Bradley is happily married for over 21 years to Ruth and has an active 14 year old daughter Isabelle enrolled at Waratah Callaghan Campus who is excelling in her school work. His son Elliot is a very passionate 10 year old who simply loves his soccer. Elliot currently plays for one of the elite junior teams at Newcastle Football Club. Blake was working at our second office at Dowling Lake Macquarie as administration/sales support for the last 12 months when a position in property management arose and he has chosen to advance into that field. We feel his eagerness and passion will be a great asset to our landlords, tenants, clients and his fellow staff members and that he will be an excellent property officer.

Franca joined our office at Dowling Mayfield in July 2015, after having worked in the real estate industry since 1976, and in particular for Dowling Hamilton from 1992 to 2015. Franca brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in many aspects of the real estate industry especially in relation to administration, financial and property management. Franca recently retired but as she has enjoyed working in the industry so much, she has come back to us on a part time basis. Franca is a great asset to this office assisting all of our clients and fellow work colleagues.

Georgia joined the team at Dowling Mayfield in August 2015. She previously worked in a law firm for the past 4 years. After purchasing her own investment property in July 2015 she decided she wanted a change in career and was offered the opportunity to become the PA for Joe. Real Estate has always interested Georgia and she is happy to be a part of the team. Although she has had no prior experience in Real Estate Georgia is a keen learner and will try to assist both her team members and clients in any way possible. Georgia completed her schooling in Newcastle and went on to obtain her Certificate IV in Business Administration while working full time in the law firm. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and her favorite pastime is shopping.

Chelsey Girvan - Front Desk Receptionist

We would like to welcome Chelsey to our office at Dowling real Estate Mayfield as our newest employee and are sure she will be a great asset. Her position here is as front desk receptionist where she is one of the first voices you hear when you call Dowling Mayfield. Chelsey finished year 12 and then worked in retail part-time until she decided that real estate is where she would like to be having coming from a family background of parents who are in the property development and banking business. Chelsey’s personal interest are camping, family and spending time with close friends.
